Job summary

The position involves assisting with procedures, documentation, and project controls, with collaboration among owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
• Knowledge of project development, design-phase management, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project procedures, documentation and related A/E systems.
• Coordinate data, information, communications, and approvals between owner, architects, engineers, and other project entities.
• Assist in the management of project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures, project logistics and closeout.
• Support project meetings with documentation, administration and tracking of statuses.
• May coordinate and monitor activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers and related entities.
