Job summary

Central States Industrial (CSI) seeks a Business Development Leader for Arkansas to drive growth in hygienic fluid handling components and equipment. This role focuses on expanding new and existing accounts across the Arkansas region, targeting food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical manufacturers, OEMs, fabricators, and resellers.

You will leverage CSI's core product lines—pumps, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, tank cleaning, spare parts, piping, and service opportunities—to build

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment sales within food and/or pharmaceutical industries.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and computer OS.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in sales management or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Target processors, resellers, and OEMs in hygienic industries in the assigned geography.
• Generate year-over-year growth in distributed products and services.
• Promote CSI strategies and adjust to industry trends in target markets.
• Develop and nurture relationships across CSI support personnel and customers.
• Proactively prospect and follow up leads to promote CSI products and services.
