Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned Area Business Group Manager for the Building Engineering Services group in the Arizona/New Mexico region. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams across Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and BIM, guiding strategy, proposals, client engagement and project delivery.

The role emphasizes quality, collaboration, and business development, with oversight of budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field (Required).
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams (Required).
• Strong project management skills (Required).
• Excellent communication and collaboration (Required).
• Active engagement in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand (Required).
