Job summary

Cover Whale is expanding its regional business development team and seeks a capable Associate to support partner growth across your assigned region in the United States. You will collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth to drive distribution, manage partner onboarding, and monitor performance through clear KPIs.

You will own outreach across multiple channels, develop discovery strategies, and help mature emerging partners from first contact to consistent premium production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fast-paced sales experience.
• Experience onboarding and guiding new customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent phone and video communication.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth teams to drive distribution and generate partner premium.
• Oversee a portfolio of emerging partners and foster relationships for growth.
• Support Business Development Managers in driving production.
• Provide pipeline research on target markets, potential partners, and competitive intelligence.
• Track KPIs and report progress against goals.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and partner data in HubSpot.
