Cover Whale is expanding its regional Business Development team. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth to grow partner premium within their region and manage a portfolio of partners from onboarding through growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced sales role.
• Experience onboarding and guiding new customers to realize value.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to discuss technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth teams to drive distribution and generate partner premium.
• Oversee a portfolio of emerging and lower-volume partners, fostering relationships and growth.
• Support Business Development Managers in driving production.
• Provide pipeline support by researching target markets and competitive intelligence.
• Establish, track, and report on KPIs and exceed goals.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and partner interactions in HubSpot.
