Job summary

Brick House Recovery is seeking a full-time Regional Business Development Specialist in Idaho Falls. The role focuses on securing new admissions by developing a broad referral network, managing the admissions process, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service/Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or service-based environment is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate and grow a book of business or referral network.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new referral sources and prospective clients to meet admissions targets.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits to build a high-value referral network.
• Visit similar programs and develop referral relationships with placement services.
• Represent Brick House Recovery at conferences and events to generate leads.
