Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is helping a national infusion pharmacy organization fill a Regional Business Coach role serving franchise owners across the Western U.S. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to launch, grow, and improve financial and operational performance, with a focus on budgeting, P&L, and growth initiatives.

This remote/field-based position requires about 50% travel, Arizona strongly preferred, and candidates in Pacific or Mountain time zones (excluding California).

Qualifications

• Leadership and financial analysis experience in infusion/pharmacy.
• Experience coaching franchise owners or senior leaders.
• Ability to travel ~50% with field-based responsibilities.
• Knowledge of infusion therapies, reimbursement, regulatory and payer systems.
• Experience with AI-enabled reporting or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchise owners on budgeting, P&L performance, operational metrics, data analysis, reporting, and growth strategy.
• Support new locations beginning after real estate is secured, helping owners navigate launch and early-stage business operations.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Advise owners on infusion industry dynamics, payer considerations, business operations, and performance improvement.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support franchise success.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + 20% bonus

Location: Arizona strongly preferred; open to candidates in Pacific or Mountain time zones, excluding California

Work Setup: Remote / Field-Based, must live near a major airport

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Travel: Approximately 50% initially for franchise introductions and onsite support; expected to decrease once relationships are established

Summary

A national infusion pharmacy organization is seeking a Regional Business Coach to partner directly with franchise owners across the Western U.S. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor, helping owners launch, grow, and improve the financial and operational performance of their businesses.

What You'll Do

• Coach franchise owners on budgeting, P&L performance, operational metrics, data analysis, reporting, and growth strategy
• Support new locations beginning after real estate is secured, helping owners navigate launch and early-stage business operations
• Lead quarterly business reviews and turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations and action plans
• Advise owners on infusion industry dynamics, payer considerations, business operations, and performance improvement
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support franchise success

What You Bring

• Leadership experience within home infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, or a closely related healthcare business
• Ideally, sales leadership experience within the infusion industry
• Experience coaching or influencing business owners, operators, or senior leaders
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and performance data
• Must be comfortable with approximately 50% travel initially
• Experience working directly with franchise owners or independently operated healthcare businesses
• Knowledge of infusion therapies, reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and payer systems
• Experience with AI-enabled reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools

Compensation And Benefits

• $140,000–$160,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) + 20% bonus
