Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Denver, CO seeks a Regional Builder Program Manager to enhance builder relations, promote our products and CG Vision software, and train the sales team. You’ll travel about 40% domestically to connect with builders and contractors across the Rocky Mountain region.

Responsibilities include builder workshops, training, and maintaining a robust builder contact database. Strong time management, communication, and consultative selling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree preferred.
• 5 years experience with Construction industry products and services.
• 3 years experience with Simpson Strong-Tie knowledge.
• 3 years experience in Sales and account management.
• Ability to use mathematical concepts for business situations.
• Ability to read and interpret business publications and regulations.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication with managers, clients, and the public.
• Demonstrated problem solving and time management abilities.
• Ability to schedule and manage time on and away from the office.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with builders, customers and the industry.
• Conduct regular meetings with builder partners and contractors.
• Identify trends and develop builder trust and value proposition.
• Enter calls in Salesforce and keep data up to date.
• Develop builder workshops and training, promote CG Vision software.
• Mentor the branch sales team on builder tools and programs.
