Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Regional Builder Manager to enhance builder and contractor relations, drive builder program adoption, and promote product and software solutions. You will mentor field sales reps, organize workshops, and coordinate training across the Midwest territory.

The role requires travel up to 60% and collaboration with software teams to showcase digital solutions, rebates, and program offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university preferred.
• 5 Years’ Construction industry experience with products and services.
• 3 Years Simpson Strong‑Tie knowledge of products and solutions.
• Sales and account management experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain builder relationships across the branch territory.
• Train and mentor field sales reps to become trusted advisors.
• Coordinate builder workshops and training opportunities.
• Document calls and activities in Salesforce and stay current on software offerings.
• Support Territory Managers with builder software knowledge and opportunities.
