Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Florida is seeking a Regional Discipline Leader to guide our Bridges & Structures team across the region. You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of technical delivery, marketing, and financial performance to meet regional goals.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 15+ years of leadership in civil engineering with 10+ years in bridge engineering, and a PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in civil engineering with 10+ years of bridge engineering experience required.
• PE (professional engineer) license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, managerial direction and guidance for the region to achieve established goals.
• Directs overall productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work.
• Responsible for discipline marketing and business development.
• Travel regularly to the various regions and offices.
• Monitor staff utilization and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
