Qualifications

• PE license required; 10+ years in civil/bridge engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop less experienced staff in area of expertise.
• Experience with design-bid-build and design-build contracting methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical specialist in miscellaneous structure design, including bridges.
• Provide internal technical advice to project managers for proposals and client presentations.
• Guide project scope, concepts, schedules, and resource estimates with PMs.
• Develop agreements for engineering services including scope, fees, and schedules.
• Oversee production of project deliverables and conduct status/review meetings.
• Mentor team members and provide performance feedback to improve outcomes.
