Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a seasoned New England Regional Bridge Manager to guide a cross‑functional Bridge Team across Burlington, MA; Boston, MA; Norwell, MA; or Hartford, CT.

You will shape regional strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships, and oversee complex bridge programs from planning through closeout. The role requires 15+ years of engineering leadership, a PE license, and deep knowledge of NE DOTs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with leadership and PM duties.
• PE license is required.
• Experience with New England DOTs (MassDOT, CTDOT) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across New England bridge projects.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for deliveries.
• Mentor staff, ensure safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Expand CHA's regional bridge portfolio by strengthening client relationships.
• Monitor project financial performance and ensure QA/QC.
