CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a New England Regional Bridge Manager to guide the Bridge Team across Burlington, MA; Boston, MA; Norwell, MA; or Hartford, CT. Lead delivery of complex bridge projects and develop teams while strengthening client relationships and regional presence.

They’ll oversee staffing, budgets, and project performance, driving technical excellence, safety, and value for transportation agencies across New England.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with technical leadership and project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and bridge/structural specialties.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation and MS Office.
• Experience with New England DOTs (MassDOT/CTDOT/RIDOT) strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, client focus, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and engineering laws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire bridge professionals across New England to uphold technical excellence.
• Oversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and operational activities for bridge projects.
• Mentor staff and managers to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results.
• Directly manage bridge and structural projects from planning through closeout.
• Strengthen client relationships and expand CHA’s regional Bridge portfolio.
• Monitor financial performance and drive improvement aligned with company goals.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership and project teams on milestones and outcomes.
• Champion QA/QC, risk management, and project audits for reliable bridge solutions.
