Job summary

Proximo Spirits, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Brand/Channel Manager to lead our on/off premise promotions across Wisconsin.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts and collaborate with local distributors to grow the Proximo portfolio, including Jose Cuervo, 1800 and other flagship brands. The role requires residency in Milwaukee or Madison, with a base salary of $85,000–$105,000 plus an annual bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in consumer goods or spirits industry (On/Off Premise preferred).
• Experience in 3-tier distribution and account management is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and pricing knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Proximo Spirits brand promotions within the assigned territory.
• Identify key on‑premise promotional accounts meeting the brand profile.
• Set promotional dates and times with accounts and manage local agencies.
• Attend and monitor brand promotions and adjust as needed.
• Provide feedback to local management and Brand Managers on a schedule.
• Manage promotional budget and track spend to hit targets.
• Develop relationships with distributors and key accounts to grow the business.
