Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations across two locations in the GA/SC markets. This full P&L leadership role demands accountability, operational discipline and building high-performing teams in the restoration sector.

You will own P&L for both sites, oversee mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management and sales, while driving client satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• P&L ownership of a location or multi-site with at least $4M revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for two locations, including revenue, gross margin and profitability.
• Lead day-to-day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management and sales.
• Build a culture of accountability and follow-through, driving high-quality client experiences.
• Coach, develop and motivate branch managers and staff through hands-on leadership.
• Partner with business development to grow market presence and strengthen key accounts.
