Job summary

Addison Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations across the DC market. This full P&L leadership role targets accountability, discipline, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities include owning P&L for two locations, overseeing mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, PM, and sales, while growing market presence and maintaining CRM discipline. A strong leadership track record and an engineering/business background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have experience owning a P&L for a location/branch
• Strong leadership across multiple functions and teams
• Solid financial acumen with focus on profitability and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for both locations, including revenue, gross margin and profitability
• Lead day-to-day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management and sales
• Build a culture of accountability and drive high-quality client experiences
• Coach and develop branch managers and staff through proactive leadership
• Partner with business development to grow market presence and key accounts
• Ensure safety compliance and consistent CRM/reporting usage
