City & County Credit Union seeks a Regional Branch Manager I – Community to lead four branch locations, coach branch managers, drive performance, and advance the credit union’s mission and member experience. Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and supervise four branch managers to meet service standards.
• Direct overall branch performance including hiring, evaluations, scheduling, training.
• Monitor branch activity such as sales, production, transactions and errors.
• Meet goals and metrics for branches.
• Support managers in business development and outreach planning.
• Ensure compliance with laws and audits across branches.
• Share knowledge and conduct performance reviews.

Job description

The Regional Branch Manager I – Community plays a vital role in leading four City & County Credit Union community branch locations. This position is responsible for developing branch managers, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring each branch delivers exceptional member experience while advancing the credit union’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing others, driving branch performance through the credit union philosophy, and championing City & County Credit Union’s Think Pink mindset every day.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and directly supervise four branch managers - remote & in-person - to actively live out City & County Credit Union's service standards
• Responsible for overall direction and performance of designated branches, including hiring, performance evaluations, scheduling, training & coaching staff regularly.
• Monitor branch activity including sales, production results, transaction volumes and errors
• Meet goals and metrics
• Support Branch Managers in creating a successful business development & outreach plan
• Communicate with upper management and staff to ensure all are working in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations – including audits and documentation
• Share knowledge and evaluate job performance of employees by conducting department meetings, one-on-ones, hip coaching, and performance reviews
• Adhere to high ethical standards by following Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures as they relate to this position
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• 4-year college degree, or equivalent credit union or banking experience
• 2 years’ minimum supervisory experience, preferred
• 5-7+ years of credit union or banking experience preferred.
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices, including training and development of employees
• Consumer lending underwriting skills preferred
• Notary and Medallion Stamp permissions
• NMLS registration & ongoing compliance necessary
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals, results driven and member focused
• Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills
