Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional BOM to lead and support Business Office operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities. The Regional BOM will oversee facility-level Business Office Managers, Medicaid documentation, census input, and patient financials while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to counsel residents and families on financial obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience as BOM in healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/HMO requirements and healthcare financial regulations.
• Ability to counsel residents and families on financial obligations.

Responsibilities

• Travel between Luxor Healthcare facilities as needed.
• Oversee and support facility Business Office Managers.
• Oversee documentation for Medicaid applicants.
• Oversee census input into billing and clinical software.
• Oversee collection of resident monies owed to facilities.
• Assist with insurance authorization processes.
• Oversee distribution of resident funds.
• Ensure admission agreements are signed.
• Provide guidance to facility BOMs.
• Support multiple facilities and collaborate with BOMs.
• Other duties as required.

• Support and oversee Business Office Managers at the facility level.

• Oversee the gathering of documentation for Medicaid applicants.

• Oversee input of census information into billing and clinical software.

• Oversee collection of private and income monies owed to the facilities.

• Assist with the insurance authorization process.

• Oversee distributing resident funds.

• Oversee that all admission agreements are signed.

• Provide guidance and support to facility Business Office Managers.

• Travel between Luxor Healthcare facilities as needed.
