Job summary

Sepulveda Sanchez Accident Lawyers is seeking a field-oriented business-development professional to expand the firm's referral network across Central and Southern California. You will create strategic relationships and make high-quality introductions to the CEO, representing the firm at legal and community events.

Responsibilities include building a disciplined pipeline through CRM management, event planning, intake coordination and measurable follow-up.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in law-firm business development or related role.
• Ability to build professional relationships from first contact to executive introduction and conversion.
• Strong in-person communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout California.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to support field work.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships on behalf of the firm and introduce qualified contacts to firm leadership.
• Expand referral network and represent the firm at legal and community events.
• Manage intake, CRM activity, and measurable pipeline.
• Coordinate lunches, networking, and travel as needed.
