Job summary

Sepulveda Sanchez Accident Lawyers is seeking a field-oriented business-development professional to expand the firm's referral network and strategic relationships throughout Central and Southern California. You will create new relationships, make high-quality introductions to the CEO, and represent the firm at legal and community events to grow the pipeline.

This role blends networking with disciplined follow-up, CRM management, event planning, intake coordination and measurable pipeline

Qualifications

• Three or more years of law-firm business development or related relationship-driven experience.
• Proven ability to convert opportunities through executive introductions and follow-up.
• Excellent in-person communication, professional writing, and organization.
• Experience with CRM systems and accountability to activity metrics.
• Ability to travel frequently across California and work independently in the field.
• Comfort transporting event materials up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the firm's referral network and community presence.
• Make high-quality introductions to the CEO for qualified opportunities.
• Represent the firm at legal and community events.
• Help convert approved opportunities into signed matters.
• Maintain a measurable pipeline and CRM-recorded activity.
