Use data to refine response times, conversion rates, and pipeline hygiene, while collaborating with attorneys and marketing to sustain fast growth and superior client experience in a dynamic, trial-ready office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or intake roles.
• Proven success in inbound lead conversion and closing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client intake lifecycle from initial contact to signed representation.
• Manage calls, texts, web forms, and consultations with clear next steps.
• Screen and qualify prospective clients against firm criteria.
• Communicate the firm's value proposition and handle objections.
• Maintain intake metrics: response speed, contact rates, follow-ups, and signed cases.
• Develop intake scripts and checklists; ensure proper data capture.
• Collaborate with attorneys, pre-litigation, and marketing.
