Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Associate Market Development Manager for Biosciences in North America to implement Go-to-Market and demand generation plans for a consumables portfolio in Molecular Biology.

You will lead regional marketing plans to support the Bioscience sales team in a fast-moving market, coordinating with Global Market Development, Marketing Operations, Product Management, and Commercial Sales to deliver integrated programs and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science with 2+ years in marketing
• Master’s degree in life sciences or MBA preferred
• Knowledge of market development and demand generation
• Understanding of molecular biology is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop tactical action plans for growth in key channels and customer segments
• Develop messaging and tools communicating the value proposition across channels including sales, digital marketing, and distribution
• Achieve sales and market goals for your portfolio; perform analyses and routine reports of business performance
• Provide Voice-of-Customer and Voice-of-Sales feedback to optimize product positioning and strategy
