Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sales experience.
• 3–5+ years of sales leadership experience in institutional, academic, or biologics settings.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience launching products in hospital, specialty, or institutional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across communities, infusion centers, and large practice networks.
• Recruit and hire Key Account Managers for designated territories.
• Coach and develop team on product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Design and implement short/long-term business plans to achieve objectives and drive revenue.
• Drive access, adoption, and utilization through strategic account planning and pull-through initiatives.
• Collaborate with market access, marketing, medical affairs, training, operations, and leadership to accelerate growth.
