Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Up to 10% travel.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Billing Specialists delivering accurate, timely client invoices in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Inspire, counsel, and enable the development of team members.
• Partner with project teams and operations accounting leads to ensure contract terms compliance.
• Evaluate processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements in client billing and reduce DSO.
• Lead or assist with Central Billing's strategic initiatives and meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs with leadership; drive performance improvements.
• Provide training and support on billing, contracts, and project costing to stakeholders.
• Maintain accounting controls within billing and ensure HDR policy compliance.
