Job summary

riversiderefreshments seeks an Area Sales Support Supervisor to oversee Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties in Georgia. You will lead the sales support for beverage products, build in-store displays, and assist the sales team to grow market share.

Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential. The role requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent), 1–3 years in food and beverage, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in Food and Beverage preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to market beverages and build displays; strong customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability required; able to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell our soft drinks to in-store customers and support sales team.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and perform resets.
• Communicate pricing, products, and issues with customers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA and laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
