Job summary

Riverside Refreshments seeks an Area Sales Support Supervisor to cover Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling and Jeff Davis counties in Georgia. This role supports the sales team, builds in-store displays, and ensures execution of company standards to grow beverage sales and profits.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree (or equivalent), 1–3 years in food/beverage sales, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Food and Beverage preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to market and display beverages in stores and coordinate with sales team.
• Experience with price, product knowledge, and order entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee area sales activities in Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling and Jeff Davis counties.
• Develop and maintain in-store displays and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues on pricing, products, and equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality of information.
• Maintain regular attendance and adjust to workload demands.
