Job summary

Nurtur Aveda Institutes is seeking an experienced Institute Director in Ohio to provide strategic leadership, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence across campus functions. The role emphasizes teamwork, culture, and leadership development while aligning with state and accrediting standards.

Candidate will lead budget planning, student and staff retention efforts, and partnerships with Education Manager to support student success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven management experience in an education setting.
• College education and/or degree in the Beauty Education industry or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations and growth with a focus on culture and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with state board regulations, NACCAS standards, and DOE requirements.
• Develop strategies to improve services, retail, tuition, KPI tracking, and retention.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, onboard, and offboard staff, plus lead performance reviews.
