Job summary

Nurtur Aveda Institutes in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead our regional business, drive enrollment and revenue growth, and elevate customer experiences across partner locations.

You will coach teams, align recruitment and partnership strategies with Admissions, Education and Marketing, monitor performance, and develop new business opportunities in skincare and wellness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales and/or business development experience - ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the Company at events
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently across a multi-location territory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Management and training experience highly preferred

• Collaborate with leadership to execute regional enrollment and revenue growth strategies
• Collaborate with Admissions, Education, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align recruitment and partnership strategies
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve goals
• Lead teams in maximizing sales by coaching staff on product knowledge and upselling techniques
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities
• Plan and host events to drive customer engagement and strengthen partnerships
• Represent the brands at trade shows, demos, and events
• Travel within the region as needed
