Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Growth across Omaha and Nebraska.
• Clinical Oversight to ensure high-quality ABA services.
• Own the admin side of running the region, including staffing and scheduling.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs.
• Expand access to ABA services to more families in the region.
• Ensure operations stay compliant with BACB ethics and state regulations.
