Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Regional Clinical Director – BCBA to lead growth and clinical quality for the Nebraska region. This hybrid, in-person leadership role focuses on building referral relationships and mentoring BCBAs and RBTs in a community setting.

You will oversee assessments, maintain billable hours, and collaborate with cross-state leadership to ensure consistent clinical standards while serving families with compassionate, best-practice ABA care.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing, licensed or license eligible in Nebraska.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance leadership with hands-on clinical work.
• Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Grow client base across the Omaha region with referral sources.
• Conduct initial assessments for new clients and maintain billable hours.
• Oversee and mentor BCBAs; uphold ethical and clinical standards.
• Build a team of RBTs with high clinical practice.
• Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services rooted in best practice.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership across states to maintain standards.
• Act as the clinical and operational face of House of Hearts in Nebraska.
