Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and mentor RBTs within a growing team in Lincoln, NE. You will partner with families and clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA services and drive measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, data-driven treatment, and collaboration across the team, with competitive base pay and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA/Psychology/Education or related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• As a BCBA, own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients, collaborating with families, RBTs, and the clinical team.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and supervision.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs to uphold clinical standards.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality and continuous improvement.
