Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead behavioral analysis services for children in Nebraska. The role offers clinical leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on balancing caseload and high-quality care.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and work with families and schools to implement effective treatment plans. Strong communication and collaboration are essential to success in this team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback and modeling to RBTs.
