Perfect Game is seeking a Regional Event Director to own tournament and showcase operations across a designated region. You will be accountable for each event from planning to on-site execution and financial close-out, with relocation as needed to meet business needs.

This role targets a seasoned operator who has run large multi-venue youth sports events and can keep them on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly. You will report to the national Operations team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of large-scale event management experience.
• Experience in youth/travel sports, diamond sports preferred.
• Experience hiring and supervising event staff.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsabilités

• Direct all phases of tournament and showcase operations.
• Lead on-site during events and resolve issues in real time.
• Oversee budgets, vendor payments and post-event reconciliation.
• Recruit, hire and train regional event staff.
• Grow the regional event portfolio and revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Scouting.
