• Experience in the baseball tournament space, preferably in a dynamic sports-related setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to foster relationships with teams and facilities.

Responsabilités

• Secure facilities to rent for weekend tournaments.
• Recruiting teams to participate in our tournaments.
• Acting as the primary contact for teams and facilities.
• Scheduling of tournament games, referees, and staffing.
