Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building across the organization

Responsibilities

• Opens deposit accounts and processes loan applications for various lending units
• Closes loans for customers in applicable business lines (consumer lending)
• Processes ATM, ITM, TCR and ICOM transactions
• Makes referrals to other bank business lines and third-party partners
• Proactively contacts high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio
• Maintains compliance with bank policies and handles daily account maintenance
