Hancock Whitney is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to coach, direct, and motivate the front-line team across a defined region to meet agreed sales and service targets. The role drives performance through training, supervision, and cross-department collaboration.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent), 8–10 years of branch/retail experience, and 5+ years in sales leadership within retail banking, with strong P&L literacy and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree desired – equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Minimum 8-10 years Branch/Retail experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Retail/Branch Banking with a minimum 5 years managing teams.
• Ability to read and interpret a P&L and financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, develop, train, and coach front-line sales team to meet sales and service targets.
• Monitor performance weekly using the sales management process.
• Collaborate with Wealth, Wholesale, Investment, Mortgage and Small Business partners to hit referral targets.
• Possess strong supervisory skills to direct and evaluate the Retail Department.
