Job summary

Hancock Whitney in New Orleans seeks an Retail Operations Leader to coach and direct front-line teams across a geographical area to achieve operational, service, and sales targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree desired – equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Minimum 8-10 years Branch/Retail experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Retail/Branch Banking with a minimum 5 years managing teams
• Banking office operations and functions.
• Planning, administration and overall direction of staff

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop, train, and coach front-line team to meet operations, service, and sales targets
• Monitor CSP results to ensure a consistent superior customer service experience
• Ensure operational cohesiveness & controls; work with Retail Services on risk management
• Administer Retail FTE management within market; schedule creation & adherence
• Ensure regulatory compliance including completion of compliance CBTs
• Administers market Business Continuity Planning and Recovery initiatives
• Monitor performance weekly using the sales management process
• Hold team accountable for execution of sales referral processes and weekly activities
• Model leadership effectiveness by sharing best practices and recognition
• Hold and document monthly coaching performance discussions
• Participate in local community events to foster brand awareness
• Adhere to expense budgets and strategic objectives
