## Regional Banking Relationship Manager IVApply: Office: Kennesaw, GA: Full time: Posted Today: R0076584# **Description****Summary:** The Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV is responsible for acquiring new business relationships to Huntington and the continued development and deepening of the relationships with existing customers. This is done by providing insights and guidance to business owners. Depending on market assigned portfolio size recommended as 30 to 80 clients Business sales size $2 MM to $50 MM and credit exposure up to $25 MM. The Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV role is a more senior level Regional Banking RM and provides credit and mentoring guidance to more junior Relationship Managers. This role will focus on businesses of greater sales size, cross-sell and negotiating pricing and fees and bring the whole bank to clients.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Acquires new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking and providing insights and advice. Builds and maintains a robust network of local market COI relationships, both external and internal.* Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature in Regional Banking.* Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers. Gather, review and track appropriate documentation from applicants.* Manages and maintains strong relationships with a book of existing business customers by providing insights and advice. Segment target markets are businesses between $2-$50 million in sales size with aggregate credit exposures up to $25million. Heavy focus on businesses above $25 MM in sales size.* Deepens existing relationships through active engagement of internal partnerships and providing insightful advice and guidance to customers.
