Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV to acquire new business relationships and deepen existing client accounts in the Dayton area.
The role focuses on businesses with $2–$50 million in sales and up to $25 million in credit exposure, offering guidance and cross-sell opportunities across the bank. As a senior RM, you will provide credit and mentoring guidance to junior RMs, negotiate pricing, and bring the bank’s full suite of services to clients.
Summary:
The Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV is responsible for acquiring new business relationships to Huntington and the continued development and deepening of the relationships with existing customers. This is done by providing insights and guidance to business owners. Depending on market assigned portfolio size recommended as 30 to 80 clients Business sales size $2 MM to $50 MM and credit exposure up to $25 MM. The Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV role is a more senior level Regional Banking RM and provides credit and mentoring guidance to more junior Relationship Managers. This role will focus on businesses of greater sales size, cross-sell and negotiating pricing and fees and bring the whole bank to clients.
