Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Regional Banking customers and manage ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate due diligence and document gathering for new/renewal loans and closings.
• Ensure renewals are completed on time and manage pipeline.
• Collect financial statements from customers in a timely manner and build long-term relationships.
• Prepare Relationship Plans for each customer and coordinate with bankers.
• Handle post-loan requests and resolve service/operational issues for deposits and credit accounts.
• Assist with onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms.
