Job summary

The Regional Manager leads the Ohio Division's retail branch network for Dollar Bank, FSB, focusing on customer service, consultative sales, operations, and risk management. This role develops teams, ensures safety compliance, and drives business results across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in retail banking leadership, at least a decade of experience, and can work evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required or commensurate experience.
10 years of progressive leadership in retail banking or related areas.
3+ years leading multiple branch locations within a defined region.
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Proficient computer skills, math aptitude and attention to detail.
Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Set the example for quality service per the Bank's standards.
Direct growth and retention of customers through proactive efforts.
Build a customer-service driven team contributing to Relationship Building and Operations.
Coach and motivate branch teams with regular feedback and documented sessions.
Represent Dollar Bank in the community and manage deposit/loan relationships.
Lead Group Banking opportunities to meet monthly goals for the network.
Maintain operational integrity and compliance across branches.
Lead Relationship Building, Operational Integrity, and Customer Service goals.
Balance risk, profitability, and customer service in all decisions.
