Job summary

You will coach staff, manage pipeline activity, ensure compliance, and participate in community engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Retail Banking or financial services experience with heavy emphasis on consumer and business development.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent sales management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Intermediate PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members to improve performance and meet goals.
• Know your numbers and publish goals and results.
• Lead sales efforts to deepen relationships and generate new business.
• Open and close the office, manage security policies and vault procedures.
• Generate consumer loan applications and solicit business for loans.
