Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Banking/Commercial Lending.
• 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience.
• Preferred: expertise in complex commercial credits; proven track record in business development and community leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent Huntington Bank as a visible, engaged leader in the community and build strong relationships with business leaders and centers of influence.
• Aggressively prospect and acquire new, profitable business relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of business clients, delivering tailored solutions and advising clients on banking needs.
• Analyze, structure, and close complex commercial loan transactions in partnership with Credit teams.
• Provide mentorship and collaborate with junior colleagues to develop talent and back up the Market Manager.
• Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews, monitor credit exposure, and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Act as backup to the Market Manager and contribute to market strategy and execution.
