Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of education and Business Banking/Commercial Lending experience)
• 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience
• Expertise in complex commercial credits

Responsibilities

• Represent Huntington Bank as a visible and engaged leader in the community and build relationships with local business leaders
• Aggressively prospect and acquire new profitable business relationships and provide guidance to owners
• Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of business clients and coordinate with internal partners
• Analyze, structure, and close complex commercial loan transactions with credit teams
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with the Market Manager on team development
• Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and monitor credit exposure
• Support market strategy and execution as a backup to the Market Manager
• Performs other duties as assigned
