Responsibilities

Owns the market's performance including operating income results.
Participates in strategic planning and regional projects.
Develops and implements marketing plans/strategies for Regional Banking Team.
Coaches and develops a team of Regional Banking Market Managers/Relationship Managers.
Deepens customer relationships through OCR process and local market leadership.
Leads in local market communities and represents Huntington externally.
Aligns strategy with Huntington's purpose and values.
Inspires confidence and motivates colleagues to deliver on our purpose.
