Job summary

Bimbo QSR seeks a Sr. Director of Operations to oversee multiple baking facilities, driving performance against safety, quality, cost, and efficiency targets.

You will develop short and long-term goals, manage standard procedures, and lead a team of Plant Leaders to achieve key KPIs across locations. Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of manufacturing leadership (5+ in food), strong financial reporting skills, and a proven track record in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• 12+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in food manufacturing.
• 8+ years of direct management experience over multiple plants.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety initiatives and operations improvement.
• Strong business acumen and financial reporting knowledge.
• Collaborative leadership across multiple sites and functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site baking operations to meet KPI targets for safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement culture focused on associate engagement and zero-injury goals.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, QA, R&D, Sales, Finance, and HR to coordinate operations.
