Job summary

Bimbo QSR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a baking facility. You will oversee a team of hourly associates, manage a capital plan, and ensure environmental compliance while driving safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems, along with proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office. You will train personnel and develop long-term maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical or Mechanical crafts preferred
• 4+ years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, electrical and building maintenance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sanitation software

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance operations for a bakery facility with hourly associates
• Analyzes and resolves technical maintenance issues
• Maintains zero-injury workplace by ensuring safe conditions and compliance with regulations
• Manages plant maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize KPIs
• Develops and delivers maintenance training and programs for staff
