Job summary

First Community Credit Union seeks an Assistant Vice President for our 99 North location. The AVP ensures branch operations are effective, efficient and compliant with credit union policies and procedures. The AVP assists the Branch VP to ensure smooth flow of operations and performs supervisory duties as directed.

This role requires a flexible schedule with Saturday availability. Join a growing team serving multiple markets and contributing to excellent member service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of banking/financial experience with a track record of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch operations are effective, efficient and compliant with policies.
• Assist Branch VP to ensure smooth flow of operations; perform supervisory duties.
• Handle inquiries and situations that require supervisory attention; adapt to a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
