Job summary

Gesa Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Branches – Western Region in Washington. This leadership role directs branches and teams to deliver outstanding member experiences, build relationships, and improve financial well‑being.

You will coach Branch Market Managers and oversee four+ market areas to drive performance and accountability. You will collaborate with Mortgage, Commercial, and Investment Services teams to support campaigns, monitor metrics, and promote service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent job experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of retail branch management experience.
Two (2) years of experience leading multiple retail branch locations.
Proficient with MS Office, reporting applications and credit union programs.
Regular travel within assigned market areas is required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional member service and lead sales initiatives.
Oversee branch operations across multiple markets to ensure service standards.
Coach and develop Market Managers and staff through regular meetings and feedback.
Collaborate with departments to meet sales goals and service metrics.
Maintain awareness of regulations and internal controls.
