Qualifications

• One year of airline experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality classroom product to trainees including managers, agents, and supervisors.
• Teach core training topics: QIK, Sabre, Net Tracer, EGOM, CRO, Jetbridge, Transfer Assist.
• Report to the Manager, Training Resources.
